What we manage
Penland Properties manages a portfolio of residential rental property owned by the company and its principals — a mix of long-term leased homes and short-term furnished rentals.
- Leasing and bookings — listing, screening, lease execution, and short-term reservation management across booking platforms.
- Tenant and guest relations — a single point of contact for requests, questions, and turnovers.
- Repairs and maintenance — scheduled preventive maintenance plus coordination and oversight of trades for repairs.
- Small project management — renovations, unit refreshes, and capital improvements, managed from scope through closeout.
- Property tax and compliance — assessment review, filing, and payment of real estate and transient occupancy taxes.
Working with us
Maintenance and small project management are also offered to a limited number of outside clients, generally alongside the bookkeeping engagements handled by Penland Advisory. We take on this work selectively and only where we can stay responsive.
